The terms that apply when you buy from Raamys.
Who you are buying from
Raamys is a hair care brand based in Karachi, Pakistan, founded by Shahmeer and Ali. Every order on this site is a sale by Raamys to you, the customer.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm the order. Prices are shown in PKR and include everything except the delivery fee shown at checkout. Payment is by Cash on Delivery only.
Returns
Covered in full on our Refunds and exchanges page, which forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
