Why do you publish percentages?
Because a percentage is checkable and an adjective is not. Three per cent caffeine at the follicle means something. A powerful energising blend does not.
Are your products sulphate-free?
Some are, and those carry a sulphate-free badge. Others are not, because for a clarifying wash a sulphate is the right tool. We label it rather than hiding it.
Do you test on animals?
No. Neither do our suppliers, and we do not sell into markets that require animal testing as a condition of entry.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery is available on every order. Card payment via PayFast is rolling out. The checkout page shows exactly which methods are live when you get there.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 2pm are picked the same working day, everything else the next. Actual transit time depends on your city and the courier, but most orders across Pakistan arrive within a few working days of dispatch.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery. See our Refunds and exchanges page for the full policy. We cover the courier cost either way.
How do I know which product is right for me?
Start with your hair type and what you are trying to fix. Each product page lists key benefits and who it suits. If you are still not sure, email us and describe your hair. We would rather point you to the right bottle than sell you the wrong one.
Should I patch test before using a new product?
Yes, especially if you have reacted to a cosmetic before. Apply a small amount to a small area of skin and wait 24 hours before full use. Stop using a product if your skin reacts to it.
How soon will I see results?
That depends on the product and your hair, and we do not promise a fixed timeline. Hair grows roughly a centimetre a month, and no topical product changes that. Consistency matters more than speed.
Do you ship outside Pakistan?
Not yet. We currently deliver nationwide within Pakistan only.
