Who controls your data
Raamys, based in Karachi, Pakistan, is the data controller for information collected through this site. Reach us at support@raamys.com for anything privacy-related.
What we collect
To place an order: your name, email, phone number, and delivery address. Payment is Cash on Delivery only, so no card details are ever collected or stored by us or anyone else. If you contact us, we keep what you send us to reply to you.
Where it is processed
Order and account data is stored in our own database. Payment is Cash on Delivery only, so no card data is ever collected or processed. We intend to use Cloudinary for image hosting and Resend for order emails once those are switched on. Neither is live yet, so no data goes to them today.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it beyond what is needed to deliver your order (the courier).
