Refunds and exchanges
If a product is not right for you, here is how a return works.
Return window
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first. Do not send anything back before we confirm the return, so it does not get lost in transit without a record.
What is returnable
Unopened, unused products are returnable for any reason within the window. An opened or used product is only returnable if it arrived faulty or is not as described. Hair and skin products cannot be resold once used, so this is a hygiene limit, not a hurdle we put in your way.
Courier cost
We cover the courier cost for the return, including on a change-of-mind return. You should not be out of pocket for sending something back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned item, we refund within 7–10 business days: to the original payment method for a card order, or by bank transfer for a Cash on Delivery order.
